Shop Policies

Our items are all made to order unless otherwise stated as ready to ship. Our current turnaround time is labeled under each item.

Once your order leaves our hands we are no longer responsible for any delays, damages or lost packages. Any claims regarding lost or damaged packages must be filed by customer via the official shipping carriers website.

We double-check all items and take photos of each packaged order before they are mailed out. If you do have a problem with your order, please contact us within 48 hours from the moment your package arrives via email at Please allow 3 business days for a response.

We do not provide refunds or exchanges if you no longer want what was ordered or if you made a mistake on your order. Please be sure to all information is accurate before checking out. If your product is damaged or incorrect from our end; we do not provide refunds but can offer shop credit.

Our store will also not honor discount codes once your order is placed, we cannot go back and apply a code for you - it must be done at checkout.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We select only quality pieces of wood but each piece is different and may have small natural imperfections including, but not limited to, knots, texture, indentations, small cracks, and more. No two pieces of wood are the same and no two signs will appear identical in stain color, distressing, or natural detailing and grain of the wood. Painted pieces may also vary in color, have scuffs, slight marks or small chips.  Due to the handmade nature of all of our products, refunds and/or exchanges will not be extended due to any slight imperfections as listed above.
