Shipping & Processing
We’re excited to get your order to you! Please allow up to 2 weeks from the time your order is placed for processing and shipping.

Once your order leaves our facility, we’re not able to control shipping times or delays. If a package is lost or damaged during shipping, any claims will need to be filed directly with the shipping carrier.

If you decide to place more than one order at the same time, shipping fees will not be refunded and packages will be shipped out separately so please make sure to place your order correctly to avoid any double shipments.



Refunds & Exchanges

We double-check all orders before they’re shipped to make sure everything is correct.

If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 15 days of in-person pickup or receiving your order in the mail at simplymagicco@outlook.com or our contact form. We aim to respond within 3 business days.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind or made a mistake on your order, so please double-check all information before checkout.

If your product arrives damaged or incorrect due to an error on our end, we can offer shop credit/exchanges to make it right.

Discount codes must be applied at checkout - unfortunately, we cannot apply them after an order has been placed.



Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives or when you pick it up. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 15 days so we can review the issue and find the best solution.

Some items may have slight variations in color, texture, or finish. These small differences are normal and part of the product’s unique appearance. Because of this, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for minor imperfections.
